The Cities of Promise Clean Energy Initiative works to create more energy efficient communities in each of Michigan’s Cities of Promise. In addition to providing a range of services, the CEC will work with each community to create a clean energy program and supporting financial plan that generates a perpetual clean energy program.
CEC and The Cities of Promise
Clean Energy Coalition was awarded a $4.4M grant funded through the Michigan Public Service Commission’s Low-Income Energy Efficiency Fund (LIEEF) and provides each City of Promise with a wide range of services to help them decrease their energy use and realize greater energy independence.
