Wondering If Propane or CNG Is Right for Your Fleet? Attend April 19 Workshop

April 1, 2012

The cost of gasoline has been steadily rising, leaving many fleets looking for alternate fueling options to help power their vehicles and reduce operating costs.

Liquefied petroleum gas (propane) and compressed natural gas (CNG) both offer a compelling case for fleets looking to reduce the cost and environmental impact of their operations. Depending on vehicle fleet size and duty cycle, these fuels may be a viable fit for your specific fleet needs. Pending legislation may increase federally available funding for these fuel types, providing further incentive for alternative fuel adoption.

Join us to learn more about these alternative fuels and to see if they might be a good fit for your fleet. Speakers will include:

  • Rob Bacyinski and Mary Weston, DTE Energy
  • Bill Boyce, Cummins Bridgeway, LLC
  • Chris Ransom, AmeriGas
  • Melissa Cox, Roush CleanTech
  • Ralph Perpetuini, ICOM North America

Following the presentations, speakers will participate in a panel discussion and Q&A session.

WHEN: Thursday, April 19, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

WHERE: Ann Arbor District Library – Pittsfield Branch, 2359 Oak Valley Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 (map)
